I have previously installed a Prairie View Industries ramp and the quality is outstanding. I worked with Custom Service Specialist Shawn, and he always answered all of my questions in a timely and thorough manner. I just ordered another custom ramp, and expect its quality will be just as great as the first one! I have been a contractor for 33 years and few things have impressed me as much as Prairie View Industries products and staff.
I purchased the MXP 8.0 ramp for my handicapped wife to enter the house from the garage. The ramp hardware is much sturdier than I expected. It looks like it was built to last 100 years. Some parts of the instructions were a little vague since they cover multiple configurations like landing platforms, transitions etc. which may or may not be included in your configuration. They were very prompt in responding to all my assembly questions. I was surprised at the effort that was made in the packing for shipment. All small parts were bagged and labelled and taped to larger sections via yards of clear tape. No danger of losing any smaller parts.
I just purchased and installed one of your PVI ramps. From the moment that I opened both cartons I said to myself “Oh, Oh, This deal is going to be noteworthy, for sure. It was. I have never purchased an item that was so totally perfect in every aspect as this baby of yours is. Superior in every way. I won’t even try and compare it to another because there is no comparison possible – no one else is even in the ballpark. ADA compliant plus. From the weld joints, design, machine fit of all parts, ease of assembly and all at a price about $300 less than others that would like to claim similarity to your product. (But aren’t even close). I have been a satisfied customer of Prairie View Industries for 7 years and have purchased various types of ramps from lawn mower ramps to 8 foot fold up van ramps for my son’s wheelchair. These ramps are designed for maximum safety, flexibility and seem to last forever. I still have the first set I bought and they function just as well today as they did the first day. You may buy cheaper ramps but I can tell you from experience that those ramps will be imitations. PVI ramps dollar for dollar, job to job will outperform and out last any cheap alternative. As for customer service I am surprised at how prompt, professional and always helpful they are. It doesn’t matter what the problem is whether it’s sales, shipping or engineering PVI staff go above and beyond expectations to solve problems even when it’s not their responsibility. If you need ramps PVI will help you decide what you need, then meet that need with the best product and customer service available.

This is a really nice ramp, easy to assemble and install and very well made. It’s nice to know that my wife’s parents can now easily access their home without the difficulty of going up steps.
